membership types, for individuals and corporate with benefits and rates
to meet any fitness need. We encourage you to visit us for a tour
of our facilities and to discuss your fitness needs with one
of our knowledgeable membership representatives.

and services available to you when you join The Oxygen Health Club.

Membership
Benefits
Family Membership Privileges
|
Family membership
privileges are extended to all membership categories. The spouses
and children of members who are below the age of 18 shall be
entitled to use the facilities of the Club. Supplementary cards are
issued to the spouses of members. Children between 14 and 18 years
of age may be issued Junior Membership cards with their parent's
consent. Junior Members may use the Club without the presence of
their parents and may sign for their own expenses incurred in the
Club if authorized by parent.

Oxygen Health Club
Membership in Oxygen Health Club is at the discretion of the
Admission Committee or through the sponsorship of the members. All
membership candidates must submit a completed application form and
be approved by the Club's Admissions Committee before enrollment
into the club.

Membership Categories

Individual
Membership
|
Individual Membership is
available to individuals over 18 years of age. Individual members,
their spouses and designated children shall be entitled to full use
of Oxygen Health Club.

Corporate
Membership
|
Corporate memberships
are owned and issued in the name of a corporation. Companies,
partnerships, or unincorporated partnerships may apply to become
Corporate Members. A Corporate Membership may be transferred in
full to another company. A Corporate member may designate one or
more Corporate Nominees who together with their spouses and
designated children shall be entitled to full use of the Club.

Term
Membership
Term memberships are available to individuals over 18 years of age.
Term Members, their spouses and designated children shall be
entitled to full use of the Club. Term Memberships are available
for three months or six months on a single or family status.The membership is non-transferable.

Group Membership
|
A membership for friends
that want to join in groups of 3or
10 and enjoy benefits for joining as a group. Available on a yearly
basis, group members enjoy equal benefits to our term memberships
|
